If I could stay in a bookstore the whole day, this would be the one! I love the service here--just on New Year's Eve, about 5 minutes before closing, I rushed in to get some books for the New Year...although a bit reluctant at first, an employee directed me to 2 books after telling me the others were not in stock. When I got to the second floor--another employee helped me search again to make sure. It is always in good order (even the children's section), everything is easy to find (if not, everyone is helpful), and even though the cashier lines seem long, they go by really quickly!! A+++
