Table 8 restaurant is a beautiful, elegant and very popular restaurant just West of Spaulding on Melrose Ave. As you walk in, it feels as if you've been transported to New York hip. There is a lounge and bar area where appetizers can be served while you wait for a table. They have a Euro/California menu and the food is fabulous. If you like your salads with items like goat cheese and beets or your entrées with light sauces that add flavor without trenching the original taste of the fish or meat, Table 8 has the ability to provide the perfect balance of extravagance without providing excessiveness.
