Hu's is one of those local favorites that was once a best kept secret until people like me starting using my big mouth too much! This is a family owned Chinese food restuarant with Eric running the show. He's pleasant and aimed to please, which just seems so unusual these days! He's right there with a smile and a suggestion as to what's the perfect thing is for you to eat. The green beans are everybody's favorite and you can get them with pork or no pork. The orange chicken which traditionally (Panda Express, ew) is gooey and overly fried is instead lightly coated with fresh orange peel added, which is just delicious. These are just two dishes I recommend, but I will let Eric take it from here! If you are a local and by some strange and bad luck, haven't heard of Hu's, they do have deliverly available too(whew).
