All the dishes come served on injera bread, which tastes like a slightly sour thin pancake. It's placed in the center of the table for your group to share - but you should know some customs.
No silverware, you wrap your lentils and potato in injera bread. Only reach into the "community" food with your right hand, because your left is offensive. When in doubt, go vegetarian. Oh, and it's tradition to feed your neighbor or date the first bite.
