the best thing about this hotel is the perfect location in the heart of san francisco( union square). other then that, i think this place is a rip off because the prices are ridiculous, service is pretty bad and the rooms are not cozy. even though this hotel has a prime location, i do not recommend it because i think there a re many better, cheaper hotels in the area as well.
