Not Impressed At All

I wouldn't recommend this bank/credit union to anyone. Their service is awful and the employees are not knowledgeable of their product. It's awful.
I had a loan through this company about five years ago. They explained the loan differently than it worked and I ended up paying more in interest than I should have.
I also tried to pay the loan off a few years early-it ended up taking five employees and two hours to get it all closed up-and I had the cash to pay it off there in hand. It was a waste of my time (and my money) in the long run.
Go with a different bank if you can.
