If Professor Snape had set up shop instead of teaching at Hogwarts it would probably look like Penny's General Store. It's a very dark smelly herb store with a load of herbs drying all over the store. If you have a question about what kind of herb you need you can go ahead and ask the owner. Call ahead for directions since it's not the most easiest place to find.
