Noah's Ark is the ultimate place to take the entire family during the hot, summer season. It is one of the biggest water parks I have ever seen, with a lazy pool, a wave pool, and lots of water slides. It is so much fun that you would probably be willing to stay a few days to fully enjoy the experience. Plus, they even have a small park with things catering especially to the younger children. Overall, a great place to be in the summer. It is not only enjoyable, but also a cool relief from the hot weather!

The Chicago Tribune is my personal favorite newspaper in Chicago. There are two editions that I especially like: the Wednesday paper and the Sunday paper. The Wednesday one I like for its great foods section, that has lots of cool recipes and restaurant reviews. And I like the Sunday one for its array of articles, including sales flyers and tv guides, etc. The writers here are great and I love to read their little section that has comments from readers. Go Chicago Tribune!

The Chicago Sun Times is defnitely not my favorite newspaper in Chicago. I think their articles are just mediocre and their paper is actually a lot smaller than say the Chicago Tribune. It does have a good entertainment section though. The movie reviews are usually pretty good. But I would rather spend my money on the Chicago Tribune. I save this one for my online reading!

I like this store a lot. It is a great place to go for all of your do-it-yourself sort of projects. I have actually attended many of their little instructional classes which do a wonderful job of teaching you how to do various little projects. Most of them are free too! They have supplies for almost any project. What I find really cool is their wedding section, where you can create your own albums, favors, and more. This is definitely a really neat store to check out and get your creative side kick started!

I was a bit hesitant to use paypal. I initially set it up to recieve funds and when I wanted to request funds it asked me to add by bank account or a credit card to it. I was a bit hesitant to put my bank account information on a website. But things turned out to be okay. I got my funds and there was no tampering with my account. They do charget fees though to transfer money to you either through a check or to your bank. I guess it is an efficient way to do business online, because at least you can trust paypal.

You get super cheap groceries here, especially if you buy them in bulk. Yea, you won't get those "big" brands like Nestle or Kraft, but you get some great stuff nonetheless. Give this place a try and you will be surprised at how much money you can save on groceries!

Meijer is a great store. I especially love this store because it is a great alternative to the Wal Mart accross the street. This store is bigger, more spacious, and it has a better selection of products. Plus, parking is easy to find and the place is not overly crowded. They have some awesome deals here and you should especially look in the Chicago Tribune becaus they have some great money saving coupons (just yesterday I got one for 5 dollars off a 10 dollar purchase). Great groceries, clothing, and home items at affordable prices!

During that time you can get the best deals. I have gotten sweaters here for my nephew for like 3 or 4 dollars only. Plus, their clothing is of great quality and will last for a long time. They also have great deals in their online store.

The Schaumburg Library is one of the best libraries I have seen in the Chicago land area. I went here with a friend and was amazed at all it had to offer. Its multimedia section was bigger than some local video stores. It had so many different videos, dvds, and cds for rent. Plus, their books selection was amazing (and that too for a library). They even have a little cafe inside the library. This is a great ammenity for anybody who lives in the Schaumburg area. I wish I had a library like this near my home too!
