I enjoy a good strip club. And, unlike others, as a woman I got into VIPs for free. My gentleman friends, however, paid ten dollars to get in- and we all had to pay for drinks (7.00 for a pabst blue ribbon- you don't want to know what I paid for a Martini!) and of course pay the dancers (no full nudity).
So it put us out of quite a bit of money, though the girls were nice and I didn't feel bad giving it to them.

Again, I recommend the bloody marys- though you really can't go wrong with anything there. Remember to get there early for a plush booth.

The market's nice, but a little pricey- I much prefer the cafe, which has a really good array of sandwiches and noteworthy desserts. Good chocolates, too, and soups. Give it a try! I had my first date with my boyfriend there, and it went well.

Still, the photos made me feel good, though he made my neck look fat by scrunching me up a little...I knew something wasn't right...I felt scrunched and hunched during the photo session. Still, I wore my suck-in underwear and pretended like I was pretty for the whole thing. I don't know- check out his website, it seems like if you're already pretty, you'll be okay.

Golden Thai is the place I go to when I need some good thai and I can't get off my couch to go get it. Always open, it seems like, and their golden curry (the namesake?) is delicious. I tend to stay away from their beef (too fatty-tasting for me) but love the chicken and tofu. And, you get a free appetiser if you mention Grub hub when you're ordering (I suggest the spring rolls or the crab rangoon!).

I leave a star out because I'm used to thai being awesomely spicy, and Spoon thai is a little lacking in the spiciness options, at least when you order (they have spices on the table, but it isn't the same, don't you agree?)
Still, prices are good and the waitstaff is super-nice. Good going, Thai Spoon/Spoon Thai.

The whole place is sorta lame- businessy, sort of Bennigans- like, or TGI fridays. I haven't had the food, but again- go there for the Old T and J.
