Utrecht Art Supplies is a great place for me to go- huge, lots of options and lots of promotional opportunities so you can get stuff cheap. Art Supplies are usually not so cheap, but with Utrecht coupons you can usually leave the store without spending a bundle. It's huge, and they're really really nice there, and you'll want to buy everything but if you choose wisely (again, the coupon thing) you will come out okay! The location is great, too- right on Michigan Avenue, by the Art Institute of Chicago.
