Good food but bad environment

The food is here is marvelous. My personal favorite and also one of the main dishes of this restaurant is the Hot and Spicy Crab. The food is very good although it serves in quite small quantities compared to other restaurants.
This restaurant is too small. It has three levels and only the top and bottom is for eating and the middle level is the desk and bar. It is not big and especially if u are seated on the lower level, its very crowded and loud. It is not comfortable at all. The top level is better but its still very squishy. Its way too small to hold banquets.
