I thought the people of Higgins Reardon were friendly enough, but didn't do whatever they needed to make sure the family was accommodated. It is a beautiful place and very well kept, but there were complications about getting the flowers from family members arranged and contacting the family when needed to. Aside from that, they were very sensitive and caring and did their best to make sure the remaining process went smoothly.
