I've been Salsa dancing here lots, and it's always crowded and the music is LOUD, but there are dancers of all levels and you can really dance the night away. The lesson before the dance is a nice warm up and lets you scout out partners beforehand. Be ready to SWEAT, it's hot! Oh, there's a bar, but I don't know how anyone can dance and drink -- go for the overpriced water (did I mention you SWEAT!)

Walking into a whole foods is kind of a spiritual experience. The produce section is like a still life painting, and the quality and flavers actually exceed my expectations. Even the meat tastes better. But you really pay for the increase in quality -- it's a matter of choosing where you want to spend your money.

Used to love this market even before the remodel, and now it's just beautiful. I miss having the video section, but they had to compete with the nearby Safeway, so they decided what was best business-wise. It's just a great neighborhood market, and I love shopping here!

To be fair, we tried Chiang's Gourmet for Christmas Eve dinner, so it may have been unusually crowded and noisy, but getting service, including ordering, water, table settings for *all* our guests (there were 6 of us), our drinks, and the meals took FOREVER. We had two guests over 90 years old, so we ordered from the less-authentic menu, six family style Sezchwan dinners. The food was probably the best Chinese I've found so far in Seattle, but in all the dinner lasted *two and a half hours* -- much longer than we expected, or wanted, and every part of the meal came out separately. In fact, one item I ordered never arrived at all. I'd give this another try and certainly recommend it to anyone looking for good Chinese food, but if the service didn't improve I wouldn't give it a third chance -- the food wasn't good enough for that.
