clean and convenient (for us) but goofy hours

We leave our dog here when we head out of town. It's conveniently located for us, clean and has competitive pricing. I'm always put off by their hours, though. They have a policy that you can only pick up between 9-10am or else you get charged for another day. I always find this hard to do since I work, but alas, that's their policy.
