Lark

Need more vegetable + salad dishes

We have been to Lark a number of times over the past few years - they really cook some wonderful food, I love the small plates - but they need to add more green vegetables. The only green vegetable offered the other night was broccoli - how about some fresh summer green beans or summer squash - not to mention pea vines. I really would have enjoyed a salad, too - but there were not any salads offered. The tarte tatin is wonderful for desert.
