Actually this now called Zen Buffet. It's a so-so buffet. It's more about quanity than quality here. Not really much a fan since there isn't anything all that great here. I've only gone here since it's hard to please my cheap parents who think either a place is too expensive or not their taste so we end up eating at buffets in hopes of satisying their tastes and their need for value.

I used to hang out here before classes at nearby PCC. It's a nice change of scenary from Starbucks with interesting art on the walls and lotsa board games and magazines to keep you occupied. Also cool place to study with little lamps on some of the tables. I usually bring earplugs which helps in case a conversation is within earshot. The people are friendly and the drinks were pretty good. They also serve sandwiches and salads which were decent.

This Bob's Big Boy is great! My friends and I usually go here when we're in the Burbank area. My favorites are the chili spaghetti and fish sandwich which for some reason isn't on the menu but you can order it anyway. For some reason, one time I decided to try the chicken teriyaki stir fry which wasn't all that great so it's better to stick what they're known for. Once a week (I believe) is a classic car night so you get to see a bunch of classic cars in the lot. There's also a drive-thru too!

Love Claim Jumpers! Food is always good and they serve big portions. My current favorite is parmesan chicken which is served with spinach and mashed potatoes in a tomato sauce. So yummy! Love their white chocolate chip raspberry cheese pie. It's really a rasbperry cheesecake, but it's so good...love the cookie crust! Also highly recommend the potato cakes. Even the little salad they serve with it is so good.

I like El Pollo Loco. It seems to be the only place to get non-greasy, somewhat healthy fast food around. I usually get a Monterrey salad (when I'm in that healthy mood) and a BRC burrito which costs only $1! I like to add the house salsa on it. Some times they forget the dressing for the Monterrey salad so I have to check to make sure I get it. I also like the chicken ceasar bowl as well. Service can be so-so here and some times you'll get some attitude but it's a fast food place so it's not like I would expect 4-star service.

So sad this place closed its doors!!!! This was a budget-friendly no-frills place...not as glamorous as other places on the strip, but the people there were so friendly! Very homey. I'd go here for their cheap eats like their $1.25 strawberry shortcake or their $1.25 HUGEASS hot dogs or $1 frozen margaritas. So sad they're not keeping older places like these around in Vegas :(

I stayed here during 4th of July weekend (NOTE TO SELF...never go to Vegas during the summer! scorching 120 degrees days and 90+ degree nights). Since it was so friggin' hot during the daytime, we basically holed ourselves inside the air conditioned Hilton and went out at night. My friend was actually able to get the cheapest rate by calling the reservation line. It was cheaper than all the travel search engines we tried and the Hilton's own website. So remember to also call a hotel's reservation line for a possibly cheaper rate! Our rooms were spacious and clean. A definite step up from a Days Inn. We mostly ate at the Paradise Cafe since it's open 24/7. Despite being quite pricey (it's a hotel restaurant, so not a surprise), it was actually quite good. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and weren't overcooked. The Chinese chicken salad was displayed quite nicely! There's also a Pizza Hut with TCYB and other dining options which we didn't try out. The monorail stops at the Hilton so no need to drive to the super-crowded Strip.
Oh forgot to mention, it's a must-go for Trekkies. There's the Star Trek Experience and a Star Trek-theme restaurant and bar.
