good books, not so good staff

ive sold books back here several times over the years and got some great deals too but the staff buying back books is usually rude and only offer lot price on multiple books, dont break it down individually. hello? thats just bad policy. their used dvds are overpriced as well. if you just want to BUY some books, its good place to go but thats about it.
