hard to recommend

It seemed like they knew what they were doing once they finally showed up to look at our refrigerator, but they showed up many hours later than they were supposed to… (and didn't call to let us know anything while we were waiting). After I have more work done from them I'll try to update this review, but so far it's hard to recommend them.
