Bamboo Garden has good tasting Chinese food that is all made out of things other than meat. Some of it really tastes like meat, and some of it doesn't, but it's all good. I especially liked the flavor of the sauce they cooked with in the dish I ordered - I wish I could learn to make a sauce like that.
