It's the quickest and easiest way to cater a lunch or dinner. They give you: (1) chaffing dishes with sternos to keep the food warm, (2) chips, salsa, and guac, (3) all of the great taco sides, (4) chicken and steak, and (5) dessert.
Also, if you return the chaffing stands, for each one you return, you also get a certificate for 2 free entrees. This is great when the catering is expensed by a company.
