I brought my car in for an oil change and to have the clutch looked at. At the end of the day, he told me that he drove my car a lot and found no problems, and that nothing had to be fixed. He charged me only for the oil change! I went there on the recommendation of my co-workers who have all had good experiences for many years.

Barbara is great.... she is not the type of chiropractor to just stick you in the chair, crack you a few times then send you walking... she does a lot of body work & massage and only cracks...

I have recommended her to friends and they have had good experiences as well.

They are a private organization so they can turn away dogs they don't think are adoptable - so of course they have a low kill rate. Another option is to go to the City of Berkeley's Animal Shelter (on 2nd by Addison), which takes in every animal that crosses its doorstep, and has only a 6-7% kill rate - compared to rates as high as 30 to 50% at some other shelters in the area!

This place easily has the best Indian food in the area for the price.... but even though they've tiled the once cement floor, and added marble counters instead of linoleum, there is still a bit of a warehouse feel as they call out the names over the loudspeaker for each... individual.... plate... that... you.. .order.. Still, a great place to go, Be prepared for long lines.
