If you ask a question, they will go out of their way to find the answer, if they don't already know the answer. The minute you walk through the door at 4041 E. Thomas Road, you feel the excitement for cooking and for providing the best support for your kitchen adventures. The website at www.kitchenclassics.com makes information and ordering a quick trip. Kitchen Classics is a destination for anyone who cooks, or wants to learn to cook!

The Farm House has a rich history, first located further south on Gilbert Road, now in the old part of Gilbert. The food has not changed for nearly two decades, nor has the ownership. There is nearly always a small line, and it is well worth the wait. The coffee is always excellent and free flowing. The service is quick, efficient, and friendly. Everything on the menu is good, though my favorite is the fried chicken, just what you would expect if you visited a working American farm house of the 1950's, hearty and flavorful.

Chef Brad Peterson's food is so good even my children ask to have Chef Brad's cooking. The cafe is cozzy and tucked away in The Quilted Bear Crafts Shop on the southwest corner of Southern and Gilbert Roads in Mesa. Lunch is so good, and it stays with me until dinner time, even the salads. He is nothing less than a genius! He even has cooking classes to learn his methods.

I have an old Mission Clock from the early 1900's and it needed work. The folks at Alpine Clock Shop not only knew about the clock, but taught me more about the history of the clock. They understood that it had great sentimental value and treated it with respect. The clock was ready when they promised and it has run perfectly ever since. Thank you!
