I bought a car May 19, 2011 and it broke down May 24, 2011. It is now June 15, 2011 and I still do not have my car back nor have a received a single call updating me about the progress. The service is horrible and sales managers have no idea what's going on with the cars they sell. If you are thinking about buying a car, go to dealership that does not have McGrath on the front of the building.
