GOOD CARE BUT SLOW WAIT - PEDIATRICIAN

Good patient care and friendly staff. Very long waits, however, in the Grapevine office, both in the waiting room and in the examining room. Lots of good books to 'check out' with a deposit. Never felt rushed, which is probably why there are long waits. Bedside manner of doctors and nurses pretty good, but could be better.
Waiting room a bit outdated; bathroom is clean. Examining rooms a bit outdated also. Lots of pictures of the doctors' kids everywhere; seems like they would have pictures of their patients, but maybe that's not legal anymore.
Overall, good rating compared to other pediatricians I've used in the past. Be sure and check which office your appointment is - Grapevine or Irving!
