Got the feeling they were passing cattle through the doors.
I will not use them again.

I know Starbucks, and this particular location has the worst customer service of them all. There are usually people right outside smoking also, and that smell is awful to walk through to get in the door. They keep their doors open when the weather is nice, and then the smoke smell permeates the whole store. Yuk.
Try any of the Southlake Starbucks and you'll be happy.

The Southlake, TX Circuit City has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER seen! I waited for 16 minutes at the registers to pay for several high-end items on 12-30-05 - there were 5 employees hanging around the registers, one of whom was on the phone. No-one would help me check out. I finally put down my stuff and walked out. Never again will I be in that store. If I had been a manager, I would have fired all 5 of these lazy employees.

I have since found out that Dr. Angela Cope is a great ob and gyn by the way, but as I said you need to find out which office you have your appointment at.
The office is pleasant and inviting as far as doctors' offices go. Staff could be a bit friendlier.

Now relocated in beautiful Southlake Townsquare, this office is so relaxing and special. No cold 'dentist' office feel here! The staff are wonderful and caring. They are dressed in great, non-doctor clothes that match and look really cool. They take the time you need to feel comfortable, both during a procedure and during conferences. Wonderful doctors and caring staff make this a great place to take your kids (or yourself) if you need their services! I am a very satisfied customer and have been coming here for over 10 years, through 2 kids' orthodontic work.

Dr. Beauchamps has the very best bedside manner with children. You feel like you are his only patient. He is caring and gentle. He tells the patient (in my case, my three year old daughter) how wonderful she is and how well she is doing. My child loves going to see him. I totally trust him and his nurses with my child's eyes. Wonderful experience!
I have visited this office probably about 6 times total and have had wonderful experiences every time. There is a lego table and kids' books to occupy the kids in the waiting room, but we have never had to wait more that about 10 minutes. Each examining room also has a few nice toys to keep them busy.

A bit pricey, but worth it if you are rushed for time. Very attentive doctors and relaxed atmosphere. Very thorough examination. Not one of those chains where you feel like you are just a number. The doctor helped me come up with new ways to try contacts that my former opthalmogists had not done. Willing to try new products and the latest in eyewear is available.
There are toys and a TV in the waiting room, which is never crowded. Their equipment is brand new and state of the art. They did a few exams on my eyes that I've never had done before, and I've been having my eyes checked for over 40 years now! If you don't mind not getting a bargain, dollar wise, this is a great place.

Breakfast food at its best - but very crowded on Sundays at brunch / lunchtime! Service varies from attentive to extremely slow. Turnover must be a problem since we seem to get a new waiter every time we go. More times than not, though, the service is acceptable. On Sundays, a balloon-maker is usually there to entertain your child(ren) at your table and it is uncomfortable if he approaches since you feel obligated to have him make a balloon and then you feel obligated to pay him. To sum up, great food if you have the time to wait on a Sunday.
During the week, it is not too bad of wait. Daytime food is not quite as good as the morning food.

Never felt rushed, which is probably why there are long waits. Bedside manner of doctors and nurses pretty good, but could be better.
Waiting room a bit outdated; bathroom is clean. Examining rooms a bit outdated also. Lots of pictures of the doctors' kids everywhere; seems like they would have pictures of their patients, but maybe that's not legal anymore.
Overall, good rating compared to other pediatricians I've used in the past. Be sure and check which office your appointment is - Grapevine or Irving!
