good prices but doesn't understand the client enough

Sandi Sanders was referred to me by my doctor for insurance purposes. You do not need to go to her office to get advices, she can do it by phone or by email. She offered me good prices for the insurance. However, I feel like she didn't take enough time to really understand what I wanted considering my age/situation/price I wanted to pay. Instead she gave me a few choices and asked me to contact her with further questions. I think that the research should have been more focused on my priorities in the first place. However, she is very nice so she was more than willing to explain and research other plans after.
