What a gem

Lovely food, a tempting and diverse menu, incredible service, and an extensive wine list make this Fremont Bistro a favorite. We were greeted and happily seated in a tucked away corner with our 10-month-old daughter and out-of-town guest.
for starters we had the delicious:
Sauteed Calamari Gremolata $9
garlic, lemon zest, parsley
one of the best salads i have ever had:
Bistro Salad $6
iceburg lettuce, tomatoes, pancetta,
creamy blue cheese dressing, fried onion strings
the stellar entrees:
Oven Roasted Halibut $18
grilled asparagus, rhubarb reduction
Steak Frites $23
naturally raised beef, fresh horseradish,
haricots verts, hand-cut french fries
and the ridiculous Asparagus Risotto Stuffed Artichoke $16
grilled radiccichio, balsamic glaze
We polished off a perfect evening with:
Blueberry and White Peach Crumble
a la mode
and an insane
Chocolate Pots de Creme
rich chocolate custard topped with fresh whipped cream
The wait staff was kind to my daughter and very hospitable. We enjoyed every moment and every bite and will go back with reinforcements soon.
