Good: Nothing. Bad: Everything..they are rude, hateful, rough, and impatient. Improvements: I don't care I'm never going back. Other: The lady was rude, she messed up my nails I wanted them square and she made them pointy. She got mad cuz I couldn't decide which color and design I wanted and told me to hurry she didn't have time cuz she had new customers coming in. Then I told her I would go somewhere else that had time. She shoved my hand at me and got up and told me to leave and go somewhere else and that she didn't want me back in her nail salon ever again. Very rude if u ask me....I recommend NATURAL NAILS ON ZERO STREET..
