Worst customer service experience of my life 6/9/2011

I first contacted Advanced Safe & Lock in January of 2009 to fix a broken lock at my house. Even though they had installed the master key system at my house originally, they had no record of it. That seemed odd but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The serviceman was very nice although they did charge me a $55 trip fee and my house is less than a half mile away. I used them again in October of 2009. Again, they had no idea who I was. They came out and changed my locks and said they would put the system on file so it would be simple the next time. I used them again in October of 2010. To my surprise, they had no record of ever dealing with me, and once again told me they would put the system on file so it would be easier/cheaper next time. Well, it's June of 2011 and I need my locks changed again. I just visited the store, where I met the same man I dealt with in October, and of course, they have no record of the system. When I mentioned I had worked with them 3 times in the past he shrugged and said Sorry! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. more
