It located at the Rockefeller Center so that becomes a quintessential New York City winter experience. They have a seasonal price thus it is more expensive during holiday time. You will be charged by sessions for an hour and a half each so be sure enter at the beginning of the session. The skating field can only host 150 people and not accept any reservations. The skate rental is available.
