Tokyo Express is one of my favorite restaurants in Salisbury; it opened when I was in high school and I often go back when visiting home. You order at the counter then sit down; they bring your food and drink refills to the table for you. The portions are enormous; it's hard to finish a full plate. I'm a big fan of the hibachi chicken with lots of the yummy shrimp sauce.
