My best friend recently used this store to make seven sets of necklaces and earrings for her bridesmaids. They helped her select vintage beads (which they have a very nice selection of reasonably priced) and contemporary beads and findings to make the necklaces, then taught her the needed techniques to string the beads and helped her do the findings (she simply went to the store whenever she wanted to work on them).
