Great price - lousy serviced

If you want to save a bundle on a new roof, I reccomend them - but beware! The service provided is lousy. The broker bids out your job to the roofer, and is supposed to be an interface between you and the roofer - helping you select shingles, gutters, etc. Once the contract was signed, though, he dropped off the planet. We signed a contract in September, and got our roof in January. When it came time to get the roof installed, things were held up because the broker didn't do his job.
The roofing contractor did a great job - but the broker just didn't come through.
NEVER AGAIN!
