Not the place for first time home buyers

Let me start off by saying some of this is our fault for just not goign with another company. We were buying our first house and were cluelee on what was going on. The person we worked with was very vague about everything he did or didn't do. He would only tell us the things we NEEDED to know everything else seemed like a big secret. Finally an hour before closing we were told how much we needed to take and it was still wrong. They definetely didn't get us the best deal they could have and now we are stuck to refinance. Would definately not recommend this company.
