"When I went to my first visit, she asked me what I would like to be called (Kathleen, Kathy, etc.)That showed a personal interest in me. After about 3 weeks, Kelli told me that she would like me to see my primary doctor and have some tests done. She suggested that I NOT continue with P.T. until I know what I am dealing with. I was very impressed because I\'m guessing there are some who would have wanted me to go on regardless. She followed up with me even thought I wasn\'t coming anymore. Kelli is a wonderful addition to your team. She really cares about her patients."
