considering there isn't another store that fits this need I am glad it is here. Owner/employees are friendly enough but really needs someone to come in and organize their shop the way that closets...

Owner/employees are friendly enough but really needs someone to come in and organize their shop the way that closets are done now because it is hard to find anything in this cubby hole of a shop. Could also use a good cleaning. That being said there is a need for this fun shop and if parking is not avail on the street there is a large back lot to park in.

In a pinch for a gift and short of time? If you are nearby this is the place to go. Toys, sports equipment and then a gift shop with Lenox and such to boot. Employees friendly and helpful. Parking...

Absolutely love this bank. One of the few where you are still a person instead of a number and the tellers may actually know you by name. Big enough to have some perks and services, not so big that...
Absolutely love this bank. One of the few where you are still a person instead of a number and the tellers may actually know you by name. Big enough to have some perks and services, not so big that you get manhandled. The only thing wrong is that they don't have enough branches in north western bergen county, but am sure they will get there.

Love this place, the corner old time hardware store.The service is great. As much as I know what I might need I usually need someone else to find it for me, cannot get this service at the big box...

For all the small jobs they pretty much have what you need. And a big plus is that the key copies work the first time, not 10 trips back to the store to have them redone.

Ridgewood is a town filled with an array of wonderful little shops that offers a little bit of everything. Sometimes these shops go unnoticed just because they have been there for a long time, and this is the case with Irish Eyes Import.
This has the be one of the biggest shops offering not only Irish wares but Celtic products as well. There is something there for both men and women, and as expected, they do sell kilts.
Among the spectacular clothing that is offered--hats, golf shirts, sweaters, capes--they also sell gold and silver items. There is also a room that offers a lot of Irish food--tea, biscuits, jams and beautiful gift baskets just to name a few. The aroma is absolutely enchanting.
There are also paintings in different mediums for sale there as well
