Bottleworks is my favorite place to go looking for a good new kind of beer to try. They carry a great selection of domestic microbrews like Dick's from Centralia as well as imported bottles from all over the world: from Ethiopian to Japanese Hitachino Nest (at a much better price than you'll find it at Uwajimaya) to a whole range of Belgian beers, and even notable non-beers like imported ciders and local mead. Plus they have occasional (not quite weekly) beer tastings for just a dollar!
