Terrible service and bad auto body work

Chrispell Auto Body has the worst service! I used one of their rental cars while my car was being repaired. The car was giving me problems as soon as I drove it away. I called Chrispell and they told me the car ran tough, but there were no problems. Later that night the car broke down, luckily it was in my driveway, but when I called Chrispell's owner, a family friend, he told me he didn't feel like coming over to help and said I would have to take it back in the morning. Though he lived around the corner from me, he refused to help. The car would not start so I could not drive it to Chrispell and about three days later they finally sent a tow truck to take it away and later found out a belt had worn and snapped. I was still charged for the junk car! Their auto body work is mediocre, at best.
