If you like live theatre and you like great gourmet food, there just isn't hardly a better combination than the New Theatre Restaurant.

This is an outstanding taste in pizza, much different than most pizza restaurants. The crust is a thin, "cracker style" crust and they top it with a special cheese that is sensational. We like to order double italian sausage, and it's truly an excellent pizza. Many consider it their favorite kind, even though they don't compete on the scale of a Pizza Hut or Dominos.

Cinzetti's has made an Italian food lover out of me. Before Cinzetti's, I mostly thought of Italian as either pizza and spaghetti, or mostly noodly pasta junk.
At Cinzetti's they have a lively, delightful atmosphere that is phenomenal. It is a fun and festive "destination" restaurant, as opposed to just a place to eat. They have outstanding entree's that are totally delicious.
If you bring business clients, remember that the drinks could add up to be as much as the meal. That makes my Buffet preferences to be Fire Mountain or Golden Corral for sheer affordability. But if you are looking for atmosphere and don't mind paying a few bucks more for the basic buffet charge, Cinzetti's is incredible!

There are two really great buffets available at moderate prices in Kansas City. Fire Mountain is the other one, but the tops as for pure quality of food has to be Golden Corral. They just do EVERYTHING right. The only thing they could do better would be to include the soft drinks without raising the prices!
The selection of entree's is superb, including steaks and seafood on a daily basis. Their pot roast is absolutely extraordinary.
It's a great place to bring a business client because they can't "up" the final bill, other than to order a soft drink. At other restaurants like Applebee's and just about every other one, they can add on appetizers, separate salads, alcoholic drinks, appetizers, and then pay the fellow up helped up your bill with all these a 20% tip or feel cheap. At Golden Corral and Fire Mountain, you have a "max" that they can get to you for, and since it's a buffet, even a 15% tip is generous.
Try this one for your next business lunch, and see if you don't have a highly satisfied client for a fraction of what you'd spend elsewhere!

Fire Mountain has to be one of the best values in the city, with an all-you-care -to- eat Buffet, including all kinds of entree's, vegetables, salads, fruits and desserts for only $5.99 for lunch and $8.59 for dinner. One of the reasons I like to take clients there is that they are sure to be pleased by the food (if they don't like their entree, just go get another one... or five) and they can't "up" the bill like they can at places like Applebee's. A typical restaurant might offer appetizers, alcoholic drinks, separate salad prices, and desserts separately, along with entree's running from $5.99 to $25.99.... and a generally 20% tip.
At Fire Mountain, not only is there a limitless supply of great food in a nice atmosphere, but the worst they could gouge me on a business lunch would be $5.99 for the lunch and $1.59 for a soft drink. Coffee after the meal is free, and since it's a buffet, 15% tipping is generous rather than minimal.
The only buffet in the city that is better is Golden Corral in Olathe, and they run a bit more on the prices. But as for pure delicious food in unlimited quantities, they can't be beat!
