Inexpensive and Eccentric

Thursday, April 21, 2005
Miyake moved a block away from where it was when I was in college in the 1980s. It maintained the quality, diversity, and pricing of its sushi offerings, however, which all make it a favorite of locals and Stanford students. It is a traditional place to celebrate passing exams, reaching the age of 21, and just making it through another week in our hectic world. Be prepared to be greeted effusively at the door, but also to wait, if it's a weekend.
