If you're looking for Atlanta's best dosa (pronounced "those huh"), look no further than Madras Saravana Bhavan located in Decatur.
Atlanta has no short supply of South Indian restaurants. South Indian food should never be that expensive so don't be surprised to find a bunch of them listed under the "Cheap Eats" section in a variety of local rags.
All out-of-towners that come to visit me eventually get a swing by this strip mall establishment.
Just one warning if you get anything other than dosa: mild is still quite spicy here. Just sayin.'
