Best shabu in Orange County

If you've never tried Shabu Shabu, then you'll want your first experience here. Once you sit down, your order is taken immediately, and you're given thinly sliced meat, veggies, noodles, a couple of cubes of tofu, and you're ready. Cook all these in a pot of boiling water, dip it in their sauces, and voilà! California Shabu Shabu is the best in Orange County, better than the one at the Block in Orange. If you come during dinner, expect to wait. Lunchtime is less busy, and although you're getting smaller portions, you leave the restaurant very happy and very full!
