Worst customer service received ever...

The food...mediocre. The price...mediocre. The customer service...absolutely horrible!
I won't go into too many details, but the management they have working at the Tony Roma's near Northgate Mall have 0 experience with customer service.
I got an order-to-go on and they completely messed it up. I called and asked them to deliver the RIGHT order (I live across the street practically), and the hostess/server I spoke to obliged.
A manager called me back 10 minutes later and told me that they could not fulfill my request, and said: "tough luck, better luck next time".
I went back to the restaurant for the correct order, and it took 20 minutes to make! To add, the manager who was on-shift was probably 16...
Will NEVER eat from a Tony Roma's EVER, and I highly discourage anyone else! There are so many better alternatives in the area that eating here is not worthwhile!
