My experience was not good. We sought out a couple of contractors whose estimates came in a lot higher than others outside of the network. One of the bids included items that did not need attending to at all. I think that some of the subs take advantage of the endorsement.
We found a general contractor who has a relatively small operation and really high quality sub-contactors as well as a couple of regular employees that can do almost any minor/major repair.
Kvamme Construction is the best! Dave Kvamme is the owner and is so nice. He and his men are very trustworthy and polite.

I met Dr. Young when I was searching for a surgeon to do my back surgery. Although most neurosurgeons deal with brain and spinal cord surgeries I sought out a neurosurgeon and not an orthopedic doc. My surgery involved a breakage of my L-5 vertebra.
When I met Dr. Young he patiently explained the procedure. I asked several questions. He was never rushed and took all the time I needed. Three days before my surgery I panicked and needed some answers. He called me at home and talked with me for about 20 minutes. He gave me the option of postponing the surgery until I was ready. He was never arrogant or pretentious.
**He was up on the latest technology and techniques which I cannot say was the case for an orthopedic doc that I saw. He used synthetic bone protein instead of the old bone graft from the hip. My recovery time was significantly shorter than most!
Long gone are the days of doctors who treat their patients like humans, are up on the latest technology and are highly skilled.
I highly recommend Dr. Young for any type of neurological problem.

I've been to this place too many times with too many out of town guests. Not my choice! It is so overpriced and the food is less than mediocre. Our guests on one occasion ordered the crab. The Pacific NW is known for its fresh crab! Our guests got their crab and it was cooked probably the day before or more. They didn't know any better as where they are from does not have fresh crab. The salmon was overcooked and the preparation bland and uninteresting.
The menu is boring and the food is just plain bad!!!
I know people go there for the view but someone needs to know that good food there would do wonders. I guess they don't need any more business???

First of all the bar is way too small. We were crammed while we waited for our table. Once we were seated (6 of us) our booth was in the middle of the room with aisles on both sides. It was so loud that we couldn't hear each other without shouting.
We ordered; the tongue skewers were overcooked, the dips were uneventful, and the desserts did not come close to Dahila Lounge's.
I really like Tom Douglas' food and other restarants but this one needs work!

The food is overpriced, overcooked and bland. I think tourists go here because it's so obvious and they don't know any better. If you do a little research you'll find that there are so many other Seattle restaurants that serve truly wonderful seafood that is fresh and prepared much better.
If you want great seafood, go to a restaurant that prepares great food! It does not have to have the name of a fish, shellfish or pier in the restaurant name.

All while supporting a really great program! The lunches are affordable especially for downtown Seattle. The menu changes often with great sandwiches, salads, specials and more. All prepared by students and prepared very well!
Guest chef night is the best deal in town! Local chef's donate the food and their services and create a three course menu that the students then help to serve to over 200 people on Thursday nights. All for $19.99!! Beer and wine is available for purchase as well as a selection of non-alcoholc beverages.
I highly recommend it!

While it is pricey it is a great spot for a date or special occaision. The food is beautifully prepared and service excellent. Try to get a table with a view!

I like this place at lot. So much so that I wish they would change the menu every now and then. The sandwiches are great; Reuben, Green chili tuna and catfish. The burger is often overcooked so I don't order that anymore.
I would go there more if they changed the menu a bit. They list daily specials but these are hit or miss. Their stews are served in tiny bowls that don't hold very much and the crust on their potpies are prebaked pieces of puff pastry which aren't really a part of the dish???
I was there last night and the music was so loud we could barely talk. Our waitress was curt and threw stuff on the table which we thought was rude. She was not even that busy!

One thing that keeps me coming back here is their consistency. Their product is always the same no matter who is making it. The staff is well trained.
Take-out is a great option on weekends when it is busy!
