you'd never intentionally go to the north end for chinese, but billy tse's is a good place to happen upon. great food & decent prices. good for after-work drinks, too.

This place has absolutely EVERY kind of food you could imagine. It's a little pricey, but not in relation to the huge amount of food you'll get. Can't go wrong here!
