We have been extremely pleased with the service and care our kids have received from the doctors at this clinic. We have never experienced unreasonable wait times for appointments. Also, the receptionist at the Eagan clinic is a real gem. She is cheerful, helpful and knows all the kids. A great feature that makes this clinic stand out for us is that the doctors answer their own phone calls during business hours. When we call with a question, we do not have to go through a nurse or assistant. We have the option of talking directly to a doctor. After hours calls are handled through an answering service, as is typical, but calls are returned promptly. We could easily go to a clinic in our own town, but we continue to drive out of our way to continue to see these great group of professionals.
