I have had to go here numerous times, between myself, spouce, and my children. I can not think of one time where I was there for less than 2 hours. They are not sympathetic at all, especially to children. So if you need emergency care and can get somewhere else, i would recommend it. I would go somewhere else but the next ER is 35 minutes away.
