I have been shopping at Han's for about two years and I love this place. They have handmade/homemade lunch meats and sausages that are to die for. They also have fresh baked sourdough rye brought in daily. There are lots of specialty German foods and beers in there also. Try the sauerkraut which is cured with wine, delicious. They have been at the same location and owned by the same owners for 35 years. I cannot say enough good things about this place, it was a super find and the people that work there are a pleasure to deal with. If you like authentic German food you have to try this place out.

I purchased a 2004 BMW R1150GS from Ride West a couple of years ago. I was mostly pleased with the transaction although there was a small amount of new vehicle dealer nonsense involving salesman going to talk to the sales manager etc. But all in all it was a good experience. Somehow I do not think that new vehicle dealers can avoid the going back and forth to the sales manager routine. I have bought many new vehicles and this transaction was way more pleasant than any I have had before. Since then I have used both there parts and service department and all my experiences have been A+. The staff are friendly, helpful, professional and just fun to deal with. I would certainly purchase another bike from them and will do so once I pay off the GS. Maybe a new K bike. =)

I have had an auto repair shop here in Seattle for the last twenty years on NE 55th st. in Seattle. I have seen many restaurants come and go from the location across the street, thai, teriyaki etc. But the new " Krua Thai Family Kitchen " is a keeper. I can eat at this restaurant three times a week and never get tired of it. I have NEVER had a bad meal there and have probably eaten there15 to 20 times. The food has always been fresh and well prepared.. Everyone I talk to in the neighboorhood has the same high praises for them. The food is delicious and healthy with a wide variety of dishes on the menu. The staff is super nice and the place is clean. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommend. * * * * *

This is a horrible and overpriced place. As soon as we sat down and were handed the filthy salsa stained menus I wish I had left. I was going to eat at the Celtic Swell down the street (which has excellent food) but I was having a craving for mexican food. The carne asada was the worst I have ever had, I have never had such a SALTY piece of meat. I did not finish the meal and thank the lord for that. I have felt sick for the last three days from what i did eat. The only good thing I have to say is the waiter was nice and very attentive. Avoid this place, they won't be there for long anyway. It is one of the worst places I have ever eaten at. I have to go now and eat some more Tums.

Commet Auto Body has been in the same location since 1957 and owned by Ray Commet . Ray has been doing body work on my cars since about 1982 and I have never had a complaint. All the guys in the shop have been there for years, Randy, Johnny and Ray are all artisans at what they do. They had done work on my Mercedes, BMW and my VW Van. All the work was done to perfection. But even more important is the work they did on two show cars for me. They restored the bodies on both my 1967 Buick Riviera and my 1966 Toyota Landcruiser Pick-up. The Buick was painted base coat clear coat black and it is beautiful. The Landcruiser on the other hand won a first place prize at the "Greenwood car show "(second largest car show in the state of Washington). It is one of the best paint jobs I have seen on any car ever. I guess the judges thought so also. So if you are looking for a great body shop that is run by really nice people, check these guys out. You will be glad you did because craftsmen like this are of a dying breed.
