This is a cute little museum that celebrates the habitat and wildlife of the Mississippi River from its origin in Minnesota all the way to New Orleans. Its interesting to learn more about the wildlife that lives in the Mississippi. They have a variety of exhibits, from live animals to theater-style informational shows to live presentations. Part of the second floor has a Lewis and Clark exhibit that is currently being used for a Frog exhibit through January. The frogs are interesting to see. Never thought there could be that may different kinds of frogs. The kids love coming here to explore the outside area and watch the otters play.

I've been to Florida many times and whenever I'm in the Naples area I try to stop by Naples Cheesecake Factory for a piece of cheesecake. This has to be the best cheesecake I've ever tasted. Its so creamy and rich and the flavors they have are all mouthwatering. They also ship all across the United States for those who cant get to Naples.

Took a trip to Miami and this was the highlight of the trip. The place is enormous with lots of different sea creature exhibits. Although my son was a little young, he still enjoyed it very much, especially the dolphin show. The admission prices were reasonable for a big city like Miami. The sea aquarium was a little hard to find so its best to get specific directions before you set out.

Even though they have reasonable prices for high speed internet, they are outrageous for cable TV subscriptions. After years of 5-10% yearly price increases, we finally got disgusted with their level of service and price gauging and switched to DishNetwork satellite TV. The cost is more reasonable for more channels and we havent regretted the decision to switch.

They provide inflatable games and rides for parties and large events. The inflatable games and rides they have are pretty nice and include an obstacle course, jousting, bounce houses and giant slides. If theyre at an event were attending, our kids always want to spend hours on these rides. Its definitely something to look at if youre planning an event.

If you can find parking on the nearby streets, you've got a day of free entertainment ahead of you. Otherwise, the cost of parking is too bad. This zoo is right off Lake Michigan in downtown Chicago and it is amazing. The kids love coming here to see the monkeys and gorillas. They also have plenty of other animal exhibits to keep you busy for the day. Plus, kids can ride their giant carousel and visit the petting farm.

Not the best theater in town, especially with Star Cinema opening up. But they did just convert to a cheap theatre where tickets are $1.50. The movies are those that you cant find in the regular theatres anymore but its cheap entertainment and if the kids want to see the same movie over and over again, you wont break your budget.

Overlooking the Mississippi River, this architectural beauty is part of the revitalization effort of downtown Dubuque and riverfront. They have plenty of rooms to accommodate a large convention and the view of the river is absolutely stunning. They architects did a great job incorporating locally found materials into the building and designing it to provide a great variety of views from different locations within the building.

If you're looking for great custom built cabinets at an extremely affordable price, you have to stop down and see the showroom at Goedert Custom Cabinets. These are some of the finest quality custom made cabinets in the area. They are very comparable to manufactured cabinets offered by local home improvement stores, sometimes even a little cheaper. The only problem is that theyre not very organized so the time it takes to get your order done is never close to the estimated time they give you.

I hadn't been here in a couple of years and I was surprised at the change. They expanded the store three-fold and carry more than just odds and ends you would expect at an outlet store. Sure, they had the odds and ends available for outlet prices, but they also had very nice furniture at prices comparable to other furniture stores in the area. In fact, after searching every store within a 60-mile radius, we found the furniture we were looking for here.
