I've never used them, but I've seen Fox Cleaners' trucks advertising pickup and delivery driving around town. I think they focus on the eastside and certain parts of Seattle.

We've used Flip on two remodeling projects. We have been impressed with the both the quality of workmanship and the quality of their team members. There are definitely cheaper contractors out there, but you get a great finished product for what you pay for with Flip.
The one caveat is that their project management and customer service can vary between poor and great.
